Heavy Duty Racking Systems – Mezzanin

It is a rack system that provides the most efficient use of the maximum height of the warehouse areas. By using the shelf legs, the floor is reached and the number of floors suitable for the height of the warehouse area is determined. In the mezzanine rack system, the warehouse volume determines the system coefficient (platform coefficient of the rack system), and thus, the warehouse height is utilized at the maximum level.

The walking areas and platforms on the floors are covered with materials such as wire mesh, chipboard, mdf, sheet metal pans. The shelf system of the mezzanine can be expanded laterally or longitudinally. Transitions between floors are provided with the help of stairs or elevators. In this system, both storage and workspace are offered together. Products can be stored manually or automatically.

Since the system parts are disassembled, it is possible to relocate at any time. Mezzanine shelf system is preferred in warehouses where product quantity and variety is high, spare parts and accessory warehouses, and storage of products suitable for archiving and order preparation.
