Floor panel production
Automatic preparation of the mixture according to the recipe and its dosing to the press, in batches, up to the set number of cycles.
System and application
In this section of the line, the mixture is prepared automatically in a mixer. Cement, gypsum, recycled gypsum and cellulose pulp are added according to the recipe, the mixing process is run, and the finished mixture is dosed to the press.
The operator selects the product recipe and the number of cycles. The system doses the raw materials into the mixer according to the recipe quantities, completes the mixing and doses the mixture for pressing – and repeats the cycle automatically until the set number is reached.
